Basic Venue Package

Includes:

  • Access to 6,401 sq. ft. barn, 2,453 sq. ft. pavilion, pastures, & paved parking areas
  • Site access day of event from 9 AM – 11 PM
  • Up to 25 – 9’ farm tables and up to 6 – 6’ round tables; 7 high-top cocktails and 8 bistros
  • Up to 300 cross back wooden chairs for reception area
  • Wedding pews (fixed location) at pavilion to seat 210, plus room for additional chairs to seat ~275
  • 2 Ceremony Site locations: Open-Air Covered Pavilion and Mountain Woodland Patio
  • Lunch provided on day of event for wedding party
  • Bridal Suite with get-ready stations and restroom
  • Grooms Den with flat screen TVs, pool table, lounge furniture, bar area and full restroom and shower
  • Sound system with iPod connection available at Pavilion and Barn
  • Heating & Air Controlled reception
  • Dual indoor/outdoor fireplace and two fire pits outside of barn.
  • Preferred Vendors & discounted package deals – a ‘la carte
  • Setup & removal of all décor and rental equipment provided by Chestnut Ridge

This package includes everything in the Basic Package with the enhancement of using our planners through Mingle Events.

The 60-Day Planner enhancement includes all of the following:

  • Initial phone consultation/in-person meeting to gather ideas and style of wedding day as well as visit your wedding ceremony and reception site.
  • Unlimited email/phone calls leading up to wedding day
  • Check in with all vendors the week-of wedding to confirm arrival times and verify contacts; act as contact on wedding day to these vendors and disperse monies for remaining balances owed.
  • Rehearsal-Walkthrough of processional with bridal party if necessary.
  • Creation of wedding day timeline (starting at 60 days out)-ensure that all vital participants in wedding festivities follow schedule...Bride will provide all vendor information and contact info as well as contracted time
  • Oversee reception setup/breakdown and make sure event runs smoothly and flawlessly and every detail is executed
  • Mingle will act as the "go-to" contact person during event to ensure that you are relaxed and not bothered
  • 30 day walkthrough and a meeting to finalize floorplan and design
  • Pack to-go dining for Bride and Groom (if applicable)
  • Gather all send-off items and distribute to guests to say goodbye
  • Personal attention to the bride/bridal party throughout the wedding day...In addition to distributing personal flowers to the bridal party and other small errands
  • Attaching Boutonniere and Corsages to family/bridal party
  • Assist in managing the final guest and table count and coordinating this info with vendors
  • Assist in setting up wedding elements not handled by specific vendors/brides personal touches (i.e. setting up favors and programs at venue)
  • Direction and coordination of reception following "timeline" that we create (i.e. first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Assist in the removal of wedding gifts & personal items to vehicles at the end of the night
  • Follow-up phone call following your honeymoon to check in and chat about your big day!
  • Day of wedding 10 hour maximum

On your wedding day, you pay attention to all the final touches - make sure to add the most elegant decor. Or maybe you're going for a sweeter, southern flare of vintage furniture to dress up your design.

Weoffer a fully stocked decor closet with vases, votives, lanterns, signs, and much more to save you from the hassle of collecting items you may never use again (who needs 50 glass vases anyway?!) and various vintage and Victorian decor items to include mismatched or ivory + gold rimmed china, settees, love seats, wingbacks, vanities, etc.

Don't forget about your man! There's always so much the bride and her ladies have going on the day of the wedding, but what are the guys supposed to do? The groom and his buddies (& ladies if they're up for it!) would love it if you'd surprise him with day of skeet shooting. All ammunition, clay pigeons, & firearms are provided and it last until the supply is gone. Get at least 6 people together, and this is the perfect adventure to get out some of that adrenaline, have some fun, and relax before walking down the aisle.

  • Site access day of event for maximum of 3 hours (in additional to 2 hour rehearsal that is included in all packages) with cutoff at 11PM
  • Up to 10 – 9’ barn tables
  • Up to 100 crossback wooden chairs
  • Sound system with iPod connection available
  • Heating & Air Controlled rehearsal dinner in barn
  • Dual indoor/outdoor fireplace and two fire pits outside. Wood is not provided. If fire is desired at any areas, it must be cleaned up prior to leaving to prepare for the wedding the next day.
  • Setup & removal of tables and chairs provided by Chestnut Ridge
  • Parking attendant
  • Venue attendant on site during event for maintenance and customer service requests
  • Furniture (rocking chairs) on the covered porch
  • Open Bar (bartender & alcohol not included). Separate Bar Package available through venue.
