Chestnut Ridge is proud to offer special offers on events outside of weddings, to include corporate/business meetings, conferences, seminars, concerts, military balls, holiday and celebation parties, as well as showers.


Hosting a special event...

At Chestnut Ridge, we offer our venue space for several special events from corporate, personal, or religious uses. Some of the events we've been known to host are:

  • Business Conferences
  • Luncheons
  • Showers (Bridal, Baby, etc.)
  • Celebration Parties (birthday, engagement, etc.)
  • Corporate Retreats
  • Banquets
  • Anniversaries, Birthdays, & Reunions

All of these events are important to us because they create economic development, community involvement, and a host of fun which we love to have. We hope that you'll consider us for your next event, and please specify when you inquire with us as these events receive exclusive pricing.


Special Events can include up to:

  • Wooden Handmade Farm Tables (up to 25)
  • Up to 300 Wooden Cross Back Chairs
  • Assembly Kitchen Access for Caterer
  • Working prep or meeting area(s) via our office den or suite.
  • Surround sound system and cordless microphones
  • iPod connections for music throughout interior & exterior of venue
  • Presentation podium
  • Full day access (max 12 hour block)
  • On-site parking & loading area(s)

Add-Ons available to be included in overall costs based on preferences:

  • Lunches through various preferred vendors - specifics to be determined on style of food (box lunch, buffet, dinner/lunch, etc.)
  • 60" Round natural wood folding tables (6) - linens rented separately
  • Standard 36" diameter Cocktail Tables (8) - linens rented separately
  • Visual Equipment (LCD projector & projector screen)
  • Audio Equipment (microphones and/or other audio outside of our existing sound system)
  • Bar Services
